The expert group described in the review report as follows: 1. The analysis accuracy is greatly improved; the original analysis accuracy of this series of products: carbon: 0.0001%-99.999%, sulfur: 0.0001%-99.999%, after technical transformation, the analysis accuracy carbon: 0.00001%-99.9999 %, sulfur: 0.00001%-99.9999%, the analysis accuracy is extended by one level; second, the accuracy is greatly enhanced; this series of products originally used 16-bit computer sampling, that is, the signal is collected 4 times per second, and the series products use 24-bit computers after technological transformation Sampling means collecting signals 8 times per second; 3. The scope of application is wider; the experts used sulfur as the sample in the acceptance, and finally detected the sulfur content of sulfur at 99.5%, and coal as the sample, and finally measured 76.28% of carbon. The transformed product has a wider application range; fourth, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and the penetration rate is wider; the original market price of a different model of high-frequency combustion furnace infrared carbon and sulfur is between 150 thousand yuan and 228,000 yuan. At present, the market price of infrared carbon and sulfur of different types of high-frequency combustion furnaces is only between 115 million yuan and 175 million yuan, and the penetration rate is wider.
